New Boston Fund Purchases Inglewood Business Park
Firm increases presence Mid-Atlantic market
McLean, VA?- February 6, 2007 - New Boston Fund, Inc., a real estate investment, development and management firm, recently acquired Inglewood Business Park in Largo, MD. The portfolio consists of two Class A office buildings and five Class A office/flex buildings along McCormick Drive close to Prince George`s County`s central business district. The property is currently 68 percent leased to a variety of tenants including the Prince George`s County government.

New Boston plans to make several physical improvements to the properties and to increase the portfolio`s occupancy through a fresh marketing campaign.
