New Boston Fund`s Rivertech Park Is New Home for Fuel Cell Developer

Boston, MA (6/06/06) - New Boston Fund`s Rivertech Park (129 Concord Road) in Billerica will be the new home of Nuvera Fuel Cells of Cambridge. It was recently confirmed that the fuel cell developer will lease 110,864 square feet of office, manufacturing and lab space at Rivertech Office Park.

Nuvera Fuel Cells of Cambridge, a developer of fuel cell technology, has offices in Italy and the United States.

The lease was facilitated for both parties by brokers from Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, Inc.
