BOMA Cites New Boston for Top Office Honors

New Boston Fund, Inc. took home honors for office building of the year and corporation of the year from last week`s Greater Hartford Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) awards meeting.

In addition to New Boston`s 100 Pearl St. being named the best 250,000 square-foot to 499,999 square-foot building in Hartford, BOMA named three other buildings of the year in different size categories.

The Westinghouse Electric Nuclear Training Center was named building of the year under 100,000 square feet, and State House Square was named building of the year between 500,000 square feet and 1,000,000 square feet.

BOMA also honored 100 Constitution Plaza as the renovated building of the year, Holly Dupont of Northland Investment Corp. as member of the year, and Russell Stevens of EMCOR Services-New England Mechanical as allied member of the year.

New Boston Fund, whose Hartford property manager is president of BOMA`s board of directors, was named corporate member of the year.
